Aims & Objectives

Education for all strata should be the crying need of our country. And if it be so, it is important to know that educational status is about to be at stake. Majority of students are not going to school. Schools and classrooms are losing their appeal. Teachers are unable to attract students. Just to wriggle out of the situation, our institution began its journey with some aims and objectives from 15th August 2003 onwards.
1. To make the trainee teachers well trained for elementary and secondary education.
2. To provide our trainee teacher with competent faculty for collaborative learning and conducive atmosphere for formation of character.
3. To accompany our trainee teacher by mentoring in their becoming competent managers and committed leaders.
4. To put in place a professional approach in the ways our teachers teach, in the ways our students learn and, in the ways, we organize Teaching-Learning-Evaluation.
5. To instill in the minds of students a scientific temper for future innovations
6. To maintain Industry - Institute connect that provides organic link between theory and praxis, training students in practical skills.
7. To assist our Trainee teacher, inculcate social values and develop social consciousness
8. To maintain a connection with our students even after they leave the portals of BDPTTI through our Alumni networks
9. To improve the educational status of the schools.
10. To uplift the mental status and hygiene of the would-be teacher.
11. To evolve individual skill of the teachers.
12. To thrive social, economic and cultural atmosphere in school periphery / neighboring villages.
13. To upgrade cultural, educational and health awareness among general people.
